&lt;p&gt;1 xícara (chá) de maionese&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8 fatias de pão de fôrma preto&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8 folhas de alface&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8 fatias de queijo prato&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 tomates médios cortados em rodelas&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1- Em uma tigela, coloque o frango desfiado, o molho de mostarda e o orégano;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2- Acrescente a maionese e misture até formar uma pasta;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Frozen iogurte é menos calorico que o gelado esta receita serve para aquelas que sao doidas por gelado mas tem medo das calorias.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingridientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;. 2 potes de iogurte natural&lt;br /&gt;. 1 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;. 1 lata de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;. 1 colher (sopa) de raspas de limão&lt;br /&gt;. 1 xícara (chá) de frutas vermelhas variadas&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. No liquidificador, bata o iogurte, 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar e o creme de leite. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Misture as raspas de limão, coloque em um recipiente, cubra com papel de aluminio e leve ao congelador por 6 horas no mínimo. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Retire do congelador, deixe amolecer um pouco e bata na batedeira até dar consistência de creme.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Cubra e leve novamente ao congelador até firmar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Prepare a calda: em uma panela, misture as frutas e 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar. Leve ao fogo e deixe ferver até dar o ponto da calda. Depois de fria, leve ao frigorifico &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Retire do congelador e faça bolas com o creme. Sirva com a calda gelada.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Coza as ervilhas e as cenouras aos cubinhos juntamente com os ovos.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Corte o tomate em cubinhos e escorra o milho e o atum.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Numa taça coloque a massa escorrida, o tomate e o milho escorrido, bem como as ervilhas e a cenoura. Junte o atum, os ovos cortados em pequenos pedaços e as azeitonas às rodelas. Misture bem e junte a maionese ou outro molho que desejar. Pode ainda colocar alface.&lt;/li&gt;
